Jag har då inte haft en lugn stund på hela helgen!

 

Lördag tidigt upp för att hinna med morgon träning, för att senare åka till farmor på lunch med släktingar jag inte hunnit träffa sedan jag kom hem. Pratat om min resa och framtid (igen!) och sedan skynda in till stan för en snabb visit på systembolaget innan det stänger. Lustig synd inne där kl 14.50 när det är packat med folk - vi-måste-hinna-köpa-spriten-till-helgen synen. Kvällen åkte jag hem till Caroline för hennes 24års firande med tårta, bål, chips och gott.. och vin och massa skratt :)

 

Söndag vaknade jag tidigt igen av fina vårvädret och solens strålar som lyser in i rummet. Jag älskar att vakna upp av ljuset! Började dagen med en morgonpromenad med Stina in till stan. Där mötte vi även upp mamma Frida som idag hade en ledig dag (från sin dotter, stor grej) och vi alla tog en glass i solen. Detta är ett naturligt fenomen som ALLTID inträffar i Sverige när solen kommer fram - alla, jag menar alla äter glass i solen då! Skulle detta ske i Australien skulle vi äta glass varje dag haha. En heldag i stan med Frida för massa shopping och åter hem för middag med mammas vänner.

 

Nu sitter jag här (sedan 6 tiden) och pluggar. Plugget har dragit igång på riktigt nu och det är snart vi ska visa vad vi lärt oss. I början av Juni ska jag lämna in en uppsats till båda kurserna. Jag börjar i tid, för att få bort plugget och kan njuta av min sista tid hemma. 6 veckor kvar... :) :(

 

 

 

I have not had a quiet moment on the weekend!

 

Saturday up early to catch a morning workout, and later went to Grandma's for lunch with some relatives I have not seen since I've got home. I talked about my trip and future (again!) and then hurry into town for a quick visit to the liquor store before it closes. Aussie people, facts about Sweden - in Sweden we only have one liquor store that is owned by the government. Monopol of liquor? Yes, I will say so. And in the weekends it is strict opening times - Saturday closes at 15. Sunday close. So if you havn't had time to buy anything before day, you will not have another chanes in a local store, all the liquor sells in Systembolaget! So the time 14:50 in Systembolaget is about chaosing packed with people. For the night I went home to Caroline for her 24th celebration with cake, punch, chips.. and wine and bunch of laughs :)

 

Sunday I woke up early again the fine spring weather and sunshines into the room. I love waking up to the light! Started the day with a morning walk with Stina into town. There we also met Frida the mother who today had a day off (from her daughter, big thing) and we all took an ice cream in the sun. This is a natural phenomenon that ALWAYS happens in Sweden when the sun comes out - everyone, I mean everyone eats ice cream in the sun! Would this happen in Australia, we would eat ice cream every day haha. A full day in town with Frida for lots of shopping and return home for dinner with mom's friends.

 

Now I sit here (since 6 o'clock) and study. The study has started for real now and it's soon we have to present what we learned. In early June I will submit an essay for both courses. I start in time, to get away school stuff and enjoy my last time at home. 6 weeks left ... :): (
