Helg i Stockholm
Have you been super busy since I returned from Stockholm on Monday afternoon. Tonight I will summarize a bit how the weekend has been in both words and pictures.
Sofia Thor came and met at the bus station when I arrived Stockholm. Yes, it is the Sofia I have known in Australia :) So fun to see her again .. mixed feelings with a strange feeling to be back in Australia. Sofia's associated with Aussie to me. Then we met up with Caroline in town and had a lovely walk among the streets of Stockholm and Djurgården. What a nice city :)
7 hours later and my feet was hurting, we came to Caroline's apartment to cook dinner and look at Eurovision. We bought some wine with us while we had plans to go out. And we did, with some of her friends :)
The next day (the alarm set!!) we woke up for a morning walk in Haga Park. S O B E A U T I F U L ! I have underestimated Stockholm a long and enjoyed Gothenburg more, this weekend changed my perceptions.
We took a walk in the town later in the day too.. And in the evening we went to the World Cup final in Globen :D With a private loge you not other than love hockey (although I'm not a big fan of it). And that night we made history when Sweden for the first time won the World Cup on home stage (was even 27 years ago a country in hockey World Cup win on home ground).
